Time Attendance
•At the entrance a standalone device can be wall mounted
•When an employee arrives he/she logs in by presenting the RF card or his/her registered finger to the device or both
•The device then identifies and authenticates the individual and records the time and provides a audio confirmation
•Identification and authentication of the individual is carried out in the same manner when the individual is leaving
•The time attendances entries are encrypted and stored on the device
•The information collected by the standalone RFID reader or the biometric fingerprint reader can be downloaded on to the computer for backup, to integrate with HR management software and Payroll Software and produce reports
•The information can be downloaded using various communication modes such as Ethernet or via a special USB key, GPRS and Wi-Fi eliminating the need for cabling
•The RFID reader or the biometric fingerprint reader can be integrated with barriers or gates or doors to enable access control and/or restrict access
